What payment methods can I use to place my order?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal are accepted when you place your order online.  If you place your order via mobile device, you also have the option to use Apple Pay.

Do you charge a damage waiver?

No. Tuxedo Rental companies usually charge damage waivers, but with BLACKTIE you are not renting. OWN THE TUX. OWN THE ROOM.

Can I order individual items or do I have to order an entire ensemble?

Yes. With BLACKTIE you are able to order as little or as many pieces as you would like.

Where can I find the status of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an automated email.  In that automated email, you will have a direct link that goes to your personal ORDER STATUS page.  From that link, you can check the status of your order 24 hours a day.  If you need furt

Is a deposit required?

No. Deposits are usually required when renting a tuxedo.  With BLACKTIE, you are purchasing (OWNING) your tuxedo.  OWN THE TUX, OWN THE ROOM!

Will I receive an online receipt?

Yes. An online recepit will be automatically e-mailed to you after your order is placed.

Do you allow cashier's checks or money orders?

No. At this time BLACKTIE does not accept cashier's checks or money orders.

Are there any extra fees I need to know about?

No restock fees, no rush fees, no hidden fees. We believe in transparent pricing.

Can I checkout as a guest or do I have to create an account?

Yes, you are free to check out as a guest if you would prefer.

Are there any benefits to having an account vs. checking out as a guest?
