Do you charge a rush fee?

Hey procrastinators, you'll be pleased to know we do NOT charge a rush fee. However, you will be responsible for express shipping if necessary. All express shipping options are displayed when you go through the online checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada (more countries coming soon!)

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed before 1pm EST usually ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will usually ship out the next business day. All orders ship from our Trenton, NJ warehouse. The "in transit time" will depend on your shipping Zip Code.

If I place an order on Thursday night/ Friday morning and select Next Day Air shipping, when will I receive my package?

If you place an order on Thursday evening or Friday during the day with Next Day Air (or Priority Overnight) shipping, your package will arrive on the following Monday, not Saturday. We do not offer shipping on weekends, so please keep this in mind.

Can I get refunded for shipping costs because the package arrived later than expected?

Shipping costs are not refunded if the package was shipped using the desired shipping method. However, if you paid for expedited shipping and your package was shipped using a slower method by mistake, you are entitled to a shipping refund. We cannot

Will I have to sign for my package?

Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option at their discretion.

What happens if no one is home to receive my shipment?

Not a big deal. We do not require packages to be signed at the time of delivery. If you are not home, the UPS driver will either leave the package near your door, or place a sticker on your door providing you with the next steps to retrieve your pack

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. We currently require shipments be delivered to a physical address.

Do you ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)?

Yes. We love, appreciate and respect our Military. It is our honor to provide our services to them.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?

We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii (not Puerto Rico). Shipping options and pricing is available at time of checkout.
