Can I return a used or altered item?Updated 5 months ago

All items at BLACKTIE.com are brand new, unused items.  If you wear an item to an event or alter an item, you are not able to return it.  Also, please do not remove any new tags from garments until you know that you are keeping the items.  If hangers are included with your items, please be sure to return any hangers as well (as this is part of the packaging).  Please be considerate to others & do not attempt to return an item that has been worn, soiled, or altered.  All returned items must be in new condition.NOTE: any items that are returned in unsalable condition (ex. used, soiled, without tags, etc) will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
