For return shipping, we provide an optional prepaid UPS/FedEx return shipping label for your convenience.  Once we receive your return, we will reimburse your credit card for the full amount of the product (minus $15.00 if you use the prepaid UPS/FedEx return label).  If you don't want to use our return label, you are welcome to ship back using your own shipping carrier.  If you use your own shipping carrier, the $15 for the prepaid return label is not deducted from your refund.  For more information on our returns process, read the "How do I return an item?" (see below)
